Harris Corporation and GE Transportation Lend a Helping Hand
Nearly 100 Harris managing engineers spent one of their Friday’s off at the new school construction site hauling dirt, lifting 2 x 4s, and digging holes in the ground to complete a fence around the property.  The Harris Corporation is dedicated to making Brevard County a great place to work and live.

GE Transportation is another Brevard Business who is making a great impact on the success of the new school building.  Their main focus is the construction of the new outside learning area that GE has named the Encounter Garden, an outdoor learning environment and ADA boundless playground.  GE, under the leadership of David McCay, has helped design the project, funded the project and they are physically constructing the project. McCay is just one of the many GE Transportation volunteers who is committed to complete projects that provide long lasting benefits to the community.
