The 1st Annual Cycle Jam exceeds expectations- what a success!
6:00 am came early for the volunteers and participants, but that didn't stop the good vibes from flowing at the 1st Annual Cycle Jam held at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto on Sunday, April 18th.  350 riders came out to get their ride on to support the children and families of SCEIC.  The weather was favorable, despite the drizzle that came later in the day and the riders enjoyed the 10, 33, 62, or 100 mile routes carefully mapped by Ginger and staff of Revolutions Cyclery.  Tony from Long Doggers served up his famous hotdogs and pulled pork which the riders enjoyed after completing their course.  A special thanks to the presenting sponsor Atlantic Financial Services, our hard-working volunteers, and the dedicated committee members GingerTwigg of Revolutions, Joann Gulliver of NIDA Corp., and last but certainly not least, event chair David Ryan of Holmes Regional Medical Center.  We hope to see everyone back for the next Cycle Jam slated for Sunday, April 17, 2011.    

For pre-registered riders who did not pick up their rider packets at the event- please call 729-6858 and ask for Shelley or Ashley.  They will be held until August 1, 2010.

Ride Details
What: A Cycle Jam– noncompetitive ride through Brevard County
When: April 18, 2010
Where: Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place
Why: To support the maximum growth and development of the children at SCEIC.
Cost: $40.00 - after April 1st
The entry fee includes ride registration, full SAG support and a t-shirt (limited quantities available). Proceeds from the ride benefit Space Coast Early Intervention Center.
