Tina Dizzini “There is never one day that is like another.” Spending your day working with kids means lots of laughter! Tina enjoys the sense of pride that occurs when a child she has been working with accomplishes a task or moves up to a new stage of development.

Diane Emami
Aftercare Supervisor
Diane is the toddler Aftercare Supervisor. She holds an A.S. in Early Childhood Education as well as preliminary Credentials from the American Montessori Society. She has over 25 years teaching experience, and has been with SCEIC since 2005. Diane was drawn to the childcare field before she graduated high school. She has always enjoyed spending time with children and watching them grow.
Diane says the best part of working with toddlers is the genuine excitement they experience when they learn or see somthing new. Watching a child make new friends, or learn something for the first time is what makes teaching children a true joy!
Sandra Hewitt
Alyssa Cary
Alyssa began working with children when she enrolled in child care classes at her high school. She started teaching at local preschools right after graduation. She has experience working with a wide range of children and has taught 2 and 3 year old classes in the past. She is currently a college student and plans to take her experience working with children into the field of occupational therapy. She says, “Aftercare is just as important as the morning program. It’s important to keep kids learning and stimulated throughout the day with varied and interesting activities.”
Alexis Rosa
Alexis went through the child care program while attending Palm Bay High School. While there, she frequently volunteered at here at the Center. After graduation, in 2011, she applied for a position here because she she enjoyed working with the children and staff here at SCEIC. We are happy to have her as part of our team!
Chanel Clayton
Chanel has competed her 40 hour childcare credentialing. Chanel is working in toddler aftercare. The newest member of the aftercare staff, she is a welcome addition to the SCEIC team!
